TRAINING PROGRAM
LEADÂ DESIGNER
An internal campaign for Adidas developed in partnership with Art Gym. This innovative three-part employee training program, titled Management Development Experience, revolved around a sporting theme and was rolled out across Adidas offices internationally.
A brand identity was created for the program, leveraging #MDE as its brand mark. This allowed participants to catalogue and share their journeys will fellow employees through the Adidas Employee Portal. Sub-branding was created for each of the three parts to the program. A strong single colour was assigned to each part for clear visual segmentation. Alongside this a photographic style/layout was also assigned that subtly reflected the type of training conducted in that specific part. The sub-branding helped to clarify and explain the 3 unique parts whilst also keeping the program’s communications feeling fresh and engaging.
